ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

  • The Department of Hospital Administration was established in 2023 with the vision of developing skilled professionals capable of managing and leading healthcare institutions effectively. The department started with a sanctioned strength 33 students, marking the beginning of a dedicated academic journey toward excellence in hospital and healthcare management. Every week, we organized events for the “Future Admins Association”. The program aims to provide students with a strong foundation in healthcare systems, hospital operations, quality management, health economics, and public health policy. Through a blend of classroom learning, practical training and exposure to real-world healthcare environments, students gain the skills necessary to address the complex challenges of modern hospital administration.
  • The hospital administration department manages the operational and business aspects of a healthcare facility to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care. Its responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, human resources, patient flow and ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Essentially, it acts as the link between medical staff, administration and the hospital board, managing everything from budgeting to patient experience and safety.
