GRIEVANCE
The responsibility of the cell is to look into the problems /suggestion present by any student and analyze it genuinely .The Grievance cell is also empowered to look into matters of indifference. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the concerned in person, or the faculity in-charge of students’ Grievance Cell. Grievances may be dropped in writing at the complaint/grievances/suggestion box of the Grievance Cell at the Principal’s office premises. Grievances may also be sent through e-mail to the faculty in-charge of students’ Grievance Cell. The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
Grievance Cell is constituted for the redressal of the problems reported by the student of the college.
Upholding the dignity of the college by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the college through promoting cordial student –student relationship and student-teacher relationship etc.
Encouraging the student to express their grievance /problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
Suggestion /complaint box is installed in front of the Principal’s room in which students, who want to remain anonymous, put in writing their grievance and their suggestion for improving the Academics /Administration in the college.
Advising students of the college to respect the right and dignity of one another and show utmost restraint and patience whenever any occasion of rift arises.
Advising all the students to refrain from inciting students against other student, teachers and college administration.
Advising all staff to be affectionate to the students and not to behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and outside the institution. Any violation of ragging and disciplinary rules should be urgently brought to the notice of the Principal.
Students Grievance Cell offers opportunities to students to let out their painful feeling regarding any problems or grievance they have in academic or other aspects of the college life. Students ‘grievances can be represented before students’ Grievance and Appeals Committee, which has the Principal as the Chairman, the Vice –Principal as the convener and two teaching staff and two student representatives as members. The committee will discusses the appeals and grievances of the students and make suitable recommendation to other committees or the authorities concerned for redressal. The committee will collect the letters from the Suggestion Box every week.

ATTENDANCE & LEAVE REGULATION / PROCEDURE
Punctuality and regular attendance for class and games is insisted upon.
Ordinarily a week consists of six working days.
The working day is divided into two sessions. The forenoon session three periods and the afternoon into 2 periods. Prayer st begins at 9.30 a.m. 1 session starts at 10.00 a.m.college will be over at 4.00 p.m.
Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the Morning and Afternoon session.
A student requiring leave for a particular hour or a portion of it must apply to the course teacher in person before the class begins. A Student absent without leave for any hour of the day will be regarded as absent for the whole day.
No student will be allowed to absent herself from the college without leave, for which she must apply in advance stating explicit reason.
The leave letter applied should be duly signed by the course teacher and signed by the parent/guardian/hostel warden. The leave letter should be submitted to the department.
In case where absence is due to unforeseen causes, an application for leave should be submitted as soon as possible and not later than the first day of return to the college.
Continued irregularity will be seriously dealt with.
A student who continuously absents herself for 6 days without sufficient reason will have her name struck off from the rolls. The concerned will be readmitted as per the procedure after paying readmission fee and complete application procedure.
Permission will not be granted normally during working hours to meet the parents, guardian, relatives or friends.
Students must not absent themselves from CIA tests and presemester model examinations.
Minimum attendance requirement is 75%
Recommendation for exemption in case of shortage of attendance cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
STUDENTS PROGRESS REPORT
Two CIA (monthly) tests and one revision examination will be conducted every semester.
Progress reports will be sent to the parents to appraise them of their marks, regularity and conduct at college.
The reports should be returned to the principal within the time fixed, duly signed by parents.
When a call goes to parent from college in connection with a student's work or conduct, the parent will kindly make it a point to respond immediately to it in the student's interest.
A parent wishing to offer any remark based on the Progress Report by the college will address a separate communication to the principal. Students are expected to convey this rule to their parents/ guardian.

CERTIFICATE PROCEDURE
Request for Transfer Certificate must be applied at the end of course in the prescribed form which is available in the office along with No Dues Certificate.
A Minimum of 48 hours is necessary for the issue of a Certificate.
Bonafide Course certificate will be issued on request as per the need at the earliest on payment of fees.
